1. Project Director (PPS-10)
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- MS / BS (16 Years Education) in Urban & Regional Planning, City & Regional Planning, or Environmental Engineering (Higher degrees preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience working with government, UN system, international organizations, or private sector at managerial/senior technical level.
- Experience in urban development strategies and project implementation.
This position requires leadership skills to guide national urban strategies and climate policy implementation.
2. Deputy Director (Urban Planning) – PPS-8
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s / BS (16 Years Education) in Urban & Regional Planning or Civil Engineering from HEC-recognized university.
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in monitoring & evaluation systems, policy analysis, and coordination with provincial stakeholders.
The candidate will assist in planning, research, monitoring urban development strategies, and liaising with national and international stakeholders.
3. Deputy Director (GIS) – PPS-8

Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s / BS (16 Years Education) in Geography, Remote Sensing, or GIS.
- At least 5 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in GIS modeling related to climate change impacts (flood hazards, storm surge, erosion modeling).
- Strong analytical and mapping skills.
This role focuses on spatial data analysis, climate modeling, and GIS-based planning support.
4. Deputy Director (Admin & Finance) – PPS-8

Qualification & Experience:
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com from HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of financial policies, budgeting, procurement, audit, and project financial reporting.
The selected candidate will manage financial matters, audits, procurement, and administrative operations.
5. Assistant Director (IT) – PPS-7

Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience in IT systems management.
- Knowledge of E-Governance systems, server setup, LAN management, website handling, and cybersecurity.
