Selection Procedure

PAF follows a strict and competitive recruitment process. The following steps are included:

1. Online Registration

2. Initial Tests

Medical Examination at PAF I&S Centre

3. Psychological Test

You are NOT eligible if you:

Were rejected twice by ISSB, GHQ or NHQ Selection Boards.
Have been dismissed from Government service.
Were removed from any Armed Forces institution.
Have been declared medically unfit by PAF/Army/Navy.
Have a criminal record or involvement in court cases.
Are discharged due to discipline or misconduct.
Have Hepatitis B or C (AMB cannot be withdrawn).
Bonded from any institution and have not been released.
